Unbelievable, we booked a trip to Los Angeles for Presidents day weekend 2012 back in November 2011. The night before our planned trip, we tried to check-in online only to find that our whole itinerary had been changed...significantly. Our original flights had been cancelled and we were rebooked on different flights. Screwed up all of our plans. No one called, no one e-mailed, nothing! No notification at all. Customer Service was of no help either. They claimed they e-mailed us...but they did not. If we were notified, we could have rebooked on another airline without paying an arm and a leg. As it is, we had to cancel our trip. I WILL NEVER, EVER TRY TO FLY ON SPIRIT AGAIN!!!
