Exclamation 80 year old left for12 hours

When traveling to las Vegas on march 2 my 80 year old mother was told 15 minute delay ended up waiti g 12 hours on a bench in the Delta waiting area. No one updated or gave drinks. Or told her she was put on another flight and cancelled her regular tickets. Shame shame on delta

Delta says a 50 dollar voucher for fora future flight is a good compensation shame on DElta
We have a case number if you wish to let delta know they are in the wrong mail me and will give youths case number or forward your mail along with my mothers case thanks
