Thumbs down BA Seating Policy - Discrmination

6 months before I and my family are due to fly LHR to Bangkok BA email me saying that we have to spend £25 each to choose seats in advance otherwise check in 24 hours before flying for free. A clear message that if you don't pay you run the risk of being dispersed all over the plane come 24 hour check in. Given there are 4 of us that's £200 return. What a rip off and clearly discriminating against families and groups ! I'll fly EVA next time who don't charge for this and who are just as good an airline if not better.
