Ignored, repeatedly. Told at the gate that the flight was overbooked. Treated as if I did something wrong. Rude, inconsiderate, service. Very sad and can see why AA is in bankruptcy. This is the last of a succession of very poor service by AA over the last 3 years. I will never fly again, with AA, that is!
