POOREST Customer Service - Flight UA3822
My husband is flying today from Greensboro (NC) to New York, then Munich (Germany) as his final destination. He chose Lufthansa but unfortunately the flight is being operated by United Airlines (UA 3822, 5/5/12, 2:58pm), from Greensboro (NC) to New York. The United Airlines crew in the Greensboro/High Point airport DO NOT have manners. Because my husband was asking simple questions about the flight, Mrs. Vanessa Guyen got mad and answered in a rough manner. She also said to my husband "You are not from here!" and the She threw my husband's luggage like ****. That was the limit, so we asked for the manager and Mrs. J. Garza came to us, but she just decided to ignore all what we were saying, so we deduced that she could not be the manager. Other customers next to us were treated the same way. Apparently, there is no manager during weekends. In addition to this, the flight has been delayed twice!.
