Flight: UA950/SN371 dd.11/12/2012
I lost one of my bags on the above referenced flight. This was a carry-on luggage which was converted to check-in, in consideration of lack of overhead space. However it was not weighed. I was assured i will pick up my bag at my final destination. I finally recovered my bag 2 weeks later, worse still i realized that multiple items had been stolen from my bag. A wrist watch, a photo camera, a video camera, an ear phone, and a jacket.
Why are airlines never responsible?
