Recent Southwest/Air Tran payment issues
 

Recently had an issue with the government booking my flight to Southwest. The flight was paid to Southwest however, the they booked me thru Air Tran. Though they are a "merged" company now, the payment wasn't showing up in Air Trans system since apparently, they are two disparate systems. It ended up being a stressful and frustrating experience.
