How times must a complaint be logged for us to expect any action??

Further to our previous complaints three weeks ago about British Airways and to which there have been zero responses to date, please advise - How many complaints have to be logged via your site before we can justifiably expect any level of responses??:mad:

After you posted your public complaint with us here, did you follow-up with the airline to inform them that you had posted your complaint publicly on our site (with a link to your public complaint here) as well as inform them that you will be posting a follow-up to your public complaint regarding the outcome of your complaint (whether negative or positive)?

If not, then please do so as soon as possible so that the airline is made aware that they are under public scrutiny regarding your complaint and their lack of responses to date.

Im curious to understand why i have emailed and posted to have something untrue and slanderous to be deleted and i havent received a reply
