After you posted your public complaint with us here, did you follow-up with the airline to inform them that you had posted your complaint publicly on our site (with a link to your public complaint here) as well as inform them that you will be posting a follow-up to your public complaint regarding the outcome of your complaint (whether negative or positive)?
If not, then please do so as soon as possible so that the airline is made aware that they are under public scrutiny regarding your complaint and their lack of responses to date.
