I would like to file a claim for my lost baggage on my flight EY 103/ EY 227 from Ahmadabad(AMD) to JFK,New York on arrival at JFK ,New York on January ,7th ,2018.

The suitcase carried, clothes, and various items, which along with my Samsonite 4 wheels suitcase is valued around $ 2000.00,black suitcase Samsonite with CIMS Hospital names tags, large 4 wheels.

I have submitted for lost baggage with Etihad Airways on the airport for lost baggage claim
