Default Problems flying First Class

YESTERDAY WHEN CHECKING IN I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE A TWENTY FIVE DOLLER CHARGE FOR MY LUGGAGE,THE MAN WHO WAS CHECKING SAID IT WAS OVER WHIGHT. THIS IS THE SAME BAG THAT I FLEW OUT TO SEATTLE WITH,I HAD TO CHANGE PLANES IN DALES.WHEN I ARRIVED IN WPB FLA.,AFTER WATING FOR
ABOUT ONE HOUR MY LUGGAGE WAS NOT THERE. I THEN WENT TO THE AA OFFICE
& WAS TOLD BY A CLERK IT WAS NOT PUT ON MY FLIGHT,2224. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD BEFOR? I WAS FLYING FIRST CLASS AND NOT HARD TO FIND?
I WAS TOLD MY LUGGAGEWOULD BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME AT 9AM. IT ARRIVED
AT 3:30 WITH A BROKEN WHEEL.I HAD TO STAY HOME WATTING FOR THE DELIVERY.
I THINK I AM ENTITED TO A REFUND OF THE TWENTY FIVE DOLLERS?THE OUT COME OF THIS LETTER WILL HAVE A BEARING ON MY FUTURE TRAVEL PLANES.
