I am having a similar issue with a TAM flight. I am still fighting for my account to be credited for a flight from JFK to EZE RT on Oct. 31st. I have received about ten "sorry/check your account in 15 days" emails. Maybe it is a TAM issue. Or maybe Continental is getting lazy!

This was the last email I received:
We recognize that you have written to us more than once concerning this issue. We apologize for the delay in processing your request.
The TAM Airways flight information referenced in your e-mail has been re-submitted to our partner for verification. If eligible, this flight activity will post to your account and appear online within 15 days. Please check your account at that time to verify that the mileage has posted. You can then click on the “View All Activity” link on the “My Account” page for details until the activity appears on your next statement.

I have flown religiously with Continental for the last five years, and have made Platinum status every year, but I am so sick of Continental/United I am currently trying to have my status matched on Delta.
