i tried to check in on-line and found out they had the wrong seats assigned for our flight. i had to call in because we paid for ecomomy plus but were assigned economy. i have now been on hold for 2 hours 21 minutes and counting.
i have never had to wait this long for any customer service department to answer a call.
this is completely outlandish and is a mockery of the term customer service.
The airlines wonder why they are having problems!!!!
