i agree with the carry on complaint 100%. I just flew delta on the 28th of june from chicago to anchorage with a connection in minneapolis. I actually had a REALLY good experience. both flights were early arriving, outstanding flight crews and checked luggage made it! was impressed. go online to delta.com they have a request a refund part on their webpage. try that.
Jim maybe you know. i dont know much about deltas policies and rarely fly them (only when my company books me on them do i fly them, and i have to ) But do you think she couldnt get a refund because she may have booked a non refundable ticket? Or does delta give you a refund if you decide not to travel (in this persons case) due to weather delays even on a nonrefundable ticket? I looked every where on delta.com and keep finding that no refunds are given if the delay is beyond deltas control
