Made to wait on an airplane with a broken AC
We were forced to board an aircraft with a broken air conditioner. They made us wait in the sweltering cabin for close to an hour. To "alleviate" the situation they opened the front and back doors. The engine noise and exhaust fumes were awful.
Every time I fly this airline something goes wrong. I would be better off taking the Chinatown bus.
