Where have all the Etihad reps gone?!
I'm guessing that Etihad no longer has any customer service reps operating on this site? I'm starting to wonder if they offer any level of customer service whatsoever! I've been promised a call back via their 'social@' email address 3 times now and still nothing. Can't see myself flying with Etihad again after this.
