Some of you are funny, expecting us the customer....
Some of you are too funny. Some, that does not mean all.
Bad customer service, high prices for tickets, rude stupid customer service agents on the telephone, at the airport, at the gates. Stupid, unclear, bizarre policies regarding tickets, confirmation #'s, cancellation policies, weird unclear communications, list goes on and on. So many factors.
I enjoy sticking up for myself when treated bad, and treated rude. Yes things aren't perfect. But when it affects my wallet, my dignity, I'm going to say something. I always give them benefit of the doubt to begin with. But it then continues with airlines starting some bu*ll**** or some stupid rude dumba*s agents, who hide their name badges, or lie to me... you betcha I'm gonna say something. I'm the paying customer. Never forget you are the customer. They are the provider of service. I'm really a nice guy to begin with, but you f*ck with my money, or my time or my family, you're gonna hear it.
I'm sorry if you think I'm the one with the problems or are rude. But that's your opinion.
You can sit back and be their punching bag. Not I!
