Angry Bullied by flight attendant

I am writing to discuss with a supervisor in person at Miluawekk airport the incident that occurred on my flight or the flight I should have been on tonight
I recently hurt my elbow ligaments. I am in therapy but meanwhile I still have obligations that require me to travel.
Last week on my flight to Phoenix was the first time I asked to pre-board. I asked this for several reasons.
1. I wasn’t doing this to get extra help just time to get my back up. I don’t expect someone else to put themselves out to help me with my bag
2. I know that as a traveler it is frustrating to have to wait and wait while someone is struggling to get their back up. So I thought I was being courtesy.
On my flight from Phoenix there were no questions, discussion or issues.
On my flight from Milwaukee I arrived about 20 mins early to the gate so that I could pre-board again. No announcement of policy or per board regulations was announced.
Diane the attendant started the Frist Class boarding without asking for anyone that needed extra time or assistance to pre-board.
I asked her “Are you not going to let pre board on? “ She then told me that I had to have an SSR and a wheel chair and I obviously did not have a wheel chair. I said “oh that wasn’t how it went 4 days ago?”
Diane told me the policy changed on October 15th. She said this in front of Frist Class customers that are that are easily found in first class.
She gave me a lot of grief and then when she saw that my boarding pass was a Zone 1 she said well why couldn’t you just wait you were going to board next.
She was speaking softly nor just to me in this tone of voice. She was speaking loudly and criticizing me in front of multiple passengers.
I was finally let on board. I did take a picture of her name badge to record for this complaint later.
When I got on board I felt very upset for being humiliated in front of all these people and completely baffled as to why I did anything wrong.
I called US Airways and got a hold of someone in the special assistance department. I was told by them that no changes to policy were made this week and SSR is only for those folks that require a wheelchair to pick them up.
Meanwhile the two gentlemen sat next to me and heard me finish up this conversation.
Peter Pestalozzi and Oscar Serrato were sitting next to me and both said to me, "that was you the attendant was yelling at.” I said yes. When I explained to the gentleman in 4F that I was just trying to be courtesy he was in agreement. That was what he understood pre-boarding was so that folks following after would not be slowed down and the folks on the plane would not be pushed and hassled.
The gentleman in 4E said to me he heard Diane say to people as she continued to collect boarding passes that “that someone people like to just take advantage of the system and shouldn’t be allowed to fly if they are going to act like this”
Both men heard this woman bad mouth me and basically bully me behind my back during the boarding process.
I was told then that if I took her picture to erase it. I did this.
Then a few minutes later I was told that the captain wanted me removed from the plane because I was taking photos of the flight attendants. I did not take photos of any flight attendant on the plane and the two gentlemen next to me can verify this.
When I was back at the gate I was upset that I couldn’t speak. I couldn’t believe that this woman’s bullying pushed me off the plane. I didn’t act disrespectivul or raise a voice or speak badly of her. I just didn’t understand why she was saying rules were changed. Mind you she wasn’t being polite or trying to speak just to me at any point.
I was obviously the bad guy now at the gate. Charlie wasn’t going to listen and just wanted me to be aware that the plane left and nothing more could be done for me.

Default feedback

Sorry I posted the letter to the airlines and not the letter I intended for this blog.
I am investigating from FAA and other sources if it is a FFA regulation that a passenger cannot take a photo of a flight attendants badge.

That was the what they removed me for or so they said. I think they know this is a discrimination issue as well as later the supervisor tried to tell me that being disruptive would get me put into jail.
These folks are just plain mean and no one is out their to stop them.

I am scared to be on flight tomorrow now as I feel like I got singled out. Will they pull something like this again because they know that not allowing someone that needed the time to board was most likely an FFA violation but also discrimination.

Default us airways bunch of liars

I have had a bad experience with us airways and it seems that the employees and people that run the airline have a habit of lying. I have caught a gate agent in at least 3 lies in a matter of a few short minutes, and the so called investigators that supposedly review your complaint are known to be liars also. They are in transition to American airlines and that is also very confusing because if you want to sue them in court it gets confusing as to whether you sue American airlines or us airways since they merged. The other problem is that by not being able to contact them by phone it gives the complainant a disadvantage so that they tend to give up and stop pursuing the complaint. This should serve as a good reason along with my complaint why never to fly with us airways/American airlines. They breach their own policies, and contracts, fraudulently attempt to keep money that they told me i would be reimbursed because they breached their own policy, and create lies to deflect away from their own wrongdoing. I found their DCA gate agent at Ronald Reagan airport to be nasty and disrespectful and will never fly with us airways or American airlines since it is the same bunch of liars that run this company.
