Default Wizz Air plane failed to take off

Dear all,
I was supposed to take a flight from Basel to Skopje on 15.09.2017 with the company Wizz Air (wizzair.com). However, the plane tried to take off and failed. We were informed that there is a technical difficulty and we should stay put and wait for a mechanic. After waiting for several hours we were told that the problem is not resolved and we should leave the plane. When asked what to do next, the flight attendants told us that they do not know, and we should just leave the plane. At the airport we were told to come back at 10 am the next day. The next day, at 10 am, we were informed that we will take off at 1:40 pm. At around 2:30 pm we boarded. AGAIN, the plane TRED to take off and FAILED. AGAIN, the pilot told us to stay put and wait for a mechanic. After several minutes, the pilot said that the problem is fixed and we can TRY to take off. Of course, at this point we were all scared to death. Some people tried to talk to the flight attendant. The flight attendant started yelling at them hysterically. Then we were all told to leave the plane again by the pilot, due to safety reasons. At the airport, we were informed that the flight attendants claimed that the plane was perfectly safe, but they refused to serve on board with some aggressive passengers. The passengers were absolutely not aggressive, but the flight attendants were extremely rude. After some time, we were told that the flight attendants agreed to fly with us after all, but we need to wait for a technical check of the plane (which they claimed to be safe). After several hours we were told that the plane is NOT safe, and the flight is therefore canceled. At this point, I have spent a day and a half at the airport, have broken down in tears several times scared for my safety and have missed precious time with my family. At this short notice I was not able to find another flight.
My family and I fly with Wizz Air very often and I have already booked several flights ahead, but now I am very worried regarding the safety of your planes.
Furthermore, the staff on this specific flight was extremely rude and incompetent (this flight only).
