Default The new United Cattle class! (( ex-continental flyers))

I Fly enough yearly to be at least a *Silver elite member with Continetal. In the past I have always had decent service; However , since the merger with United things have gone from good to*bad to worse. *
*Continental Flyers are treated like step children.*
*Today my family and I arrived at the San Fransisco Airport. (( Thankfully well ahead of time, as we needed it )) **
Once at the terminal I asked the united employees for help to find the elite members line. I was *pointed towards a *long line. After ten minutes We were told that this was the wrong *line. *In retrospect i wish that we had just stayed on the regular long line, but I was not blessed with forsight.*
*Another United employee pointed to the other side of the building. *Once we walked a 100 feet I stopped and asked a "UNITED" Kiosk again for the elite access line. *I was pointed back to where I started. *Once we were back, the annoyed 1St employee pointed us back to the other side of the building again. * *Thus Once gain we lugged our luggages there with 3 kids. *Back to the Kiosk. *This time the woman behind the United Kiosk told me she had no clue, and that she worked for some kind of United.com? Online thing. *
*I was going to ask her why she pointed in a direction if he had no clue, but in the interest of time refrained. **
*I placed my family by a pole and went on looking. *I found the Elite access line. *Once there I asked the woman behind the desk why things were so disorganized. *
*She gave me the hand. * I assume you all know the " Talk to the hand " sign. *
She told me that this was United and Not Continental. *She proceeded to tell me which terminal and gate I could go to if I had an issue as a continental member. *
*I told her that this was not elite service. And she told me that she was done talking to me. *
*She asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. *I replied YES. *She ignored me and started to instead talk to my wife pretending that I did not exist. *
*I then asked the next counter where I could see a manager. *
*To cut the story short no manager ever showed up, and as added bonus my wife, myself, my 10 year old twins, and my 5 year old were given seats spread in various parts of the plane. *
*I think her name was Dinah. But I am
Not sure as she removed her name tag so I could not write it down. *
*I am now in LA waiting to go to Newark. *I am
Hoping that this will be my very last experience of any sorts with United Airlines. *
*Shame on Continental for selling us out as cattle class !!!!

PS: if this is being an elite member, then I rather be a regular Joe at another Airlines. *
*K. Vosough. *M.D. FACOG.
