Delta Flight 4924 on November 5, 2008
On 11/5/08, I flew from Montgomery, AL to Atlanta, GA. Because the flight was a short one, snacks and beverages were not served. However, the flight attendant stated that she could accomodate passengers who wanted coffee, water, or other beverages upon request.
Later, when the flight attendant approached my row from the back of the plane, I asked for a cup of water. She walked past me, stopped about two rows ahead of me, turned around and glared at me, rolled her eyes and sighed, and continued walking up the aisle. I didn't know if she was going to get the water or not! She seemed insulted that I'd asked! After about 10 minutes, she returned with a cup of water. She said nothing, sighed again, and handed me the cup as if she was mad at the world! Because of this situation, I will think twice before I fly Delta again. Delta's customer service just keeps getting worse and worse.
