I recently was on an AC flight to Hong Kong. There was a Chinese lady with a very tiny baby and what appeared to be the baby's Grandmother next to her. The mom of the baby spent the entire trip doing an excellent job keeping her baby passified and taking care in every way to keep it from being uncomfortable and crying. When the trip was nearing and end and bags had to be stored I observed an extremely rude stewardess bark at the mom in english to put away her bags. Of course she was holding her baby so this was impossible. The stewardess started yelling at her "where's your husband!??" repreatedly, and then "is your husband here??" The mom was'nt responding and it was obvious she didnt understand what this snag was yelling. I was just about to get up and put them away for her and give this idiot stewardess some her medicine back when she finally did what she should have done in the first place and simply put them away for the mom thus avoiding a temper tantrum and embarrasing this poor mom. I have flown Signapore, Korean, Japan, ect. and have always had excellent service. The Air Canada service is very different. They act like they are union and what are you gonna do do about it. Completely disgracefull I will never fly Air Canada again.
