No Phone Staff Support When You Need It - Abandons Any Business Standard
Over the Christmas snow delays...Jet Blue was not even taking messages or letting you rebook online. Even with all the data and technology they have they never called to reschedule my flights or to help in anyway. America is not used to such a disaster of no service, no help, no obligation and no responsibility from a company. The fact they can even conduct business without some government penalty for their actions or a formal request to reform their service practices is very disappointing. I will travel less and not at all on Jet Blue if I can.
