Continental Nightmare
I travelled on a flight from Newark to Tampa on September 22, 2011. I sat in an aisle seat with a woman and her baby next to me in the center seat. The woman and her baby both vomited. The vomit was somewhat contained, as we gave her a bag. When we called the flight attendant, she said that she was too busy to help, so we found another bag for the woman. The flight attendant also refused to take the contaminated bag from the woman, as she said that the contents would have to be tested by a laboratory. So the woman took the filled bag and put it in the magazine pouch!!! We continued through the flight "as is", as there was not another seat for me, as well as the passenger in the window seat!!!! THIS WAS TOTALLY UNHEALTHY, DISGUSTING and UNBELIEVABLE! When I called the airline directly, I was told that there was nothing they could do!
Continental is now merged with United Airlines, and all they do is advertise that they are a wonderful airline! I would like everyone to know just how wonderful they are!
