Hello,
I have sent a lot of emails to them (supersaver.no) that I wantt to cancel my trip and according to their site :

"Kan jeg avbestille min reise uten avbestillingsbeskyttelse?

Fly: Vi må alltid følge flyselskapenes regler og kan ikke gjøre egne unntak. Der muligheten til tilbakebetaling finnes tar vi alltid ut en avbestillingskostnad. Denne administrative kostnaden er fra 395 kroner per person, samt også den kostnaden som flyselskapet tar ut for avbestillingen.

Skjer avbestillingen nær tiden for avreise og utenfor våre telefontider behøver du alltid å kontakte flyselskapet direkte for å gjennomføre din avbestilling – dette da vi aldri kan hjelpe deg med spørsmål vedrørende avbestillinger på billetter som ikke er avbestilt innen avreisen. Vi behøver alltid å få inn en bekreftelse på om du ønsker fullføre din avbestilling og ingenting anses heller som avbestilt før du mottar en bekreftelse på avbestillingen fra vår side. "
It means in english:
"Can I cancel my booking without cancellation insurance?

We need always to get a confirmation if you wish to complete your cancellation and nothing is considered rather as canceled until you receive a confirmation of cancellation from our side."
but they did not pay back my money.
I have bought insurance and went to the doctor but again they did not pay back my money.
