Flight from Denver to Nashville delayed twice then canceled on 7/13/12 Then forced to stand in line over four hours to be given, at 2:00 AM, a voucher for a second rate motel. Arrived early the next day in an attempt to get an earlier flight than the one scheduled. (1:30 flight to Chicago then transfer on to Nashville) No other flights available so proceeded on through security to wait at the gate.... no posting for the flight MY SURPRISE we had been given a ticket to leave on the NEXT day!! Did I mention my husband is disabled due to an accident and recent surgery? Did I mention that at 2:00 AM we were told there was no transport available to get us from B59 to door 508 on the west side of the airport? Did I mention we were told by United the delay was weather related even though no other airline had any weather cancellations? Did I mention that, as we left, the line still remaining would have taken another four hours to satisfy? Did I mention that as we stood in line, a supervisor came out and told 2 of the 4 agents to go home because they were on overtime and that those in line were shouting in revolt!! United needs to be investigated!!!!!!!!
