I have been traveling for 15 years professionally and personally across countless airlines around the globe. Last month i took a direct flight from Orlando to Las Vegas and Southwest lost my luggage. At first they insisted that it was on the next flight but it was clear after a week that they just had no idea what they were doing. It was also clear to me that someone in the airline stole my very obviously valuable luggage. While i am working with their claims staff for a claim, it will only cover about 10% of the value of what i lost, some things which were irreplaceable. I am never flying with southwest again. The lack of customer service is unbelievable.
