My Tickets were booked originally for flight EK506 at 9:35am on 3rd May from Dubai Airport. But when i reached Johannesburg airport I was issued boarding pass for EK502 at 1pm for 3rd May. It was not informed to me anytime before that. I got no email mentioning the change of flight. I got tensed and my blood pressure went up and I started feeling uncomfortable.

When i check the boarding pass and asked the person on counter even he was unaware about that. Later he told that flight from Johannesburg will fly late hence my next flight time is changed.

I was having a connecting Domestic flight of Indigo 6E-658 at 7:30pm (Indian time) and EK502 was expected to land in India at 5:30pm. Then shifting from International to domestic airport takes 1.5 to 2 hours, while Indigo counters closes at 6:45pm.

I explained the same to Emirates person at check in counter at Johannesburg but he redirected me to ticketing counter. Then i explained the whole story again at ticketing counter but the lady there gave me a helpline number. I called that number thrice they put me on hold for a long time and finally denied any help. they told me to contact Emirates people when i land at Dubai. When I landed at Dubai I was redirected from here to there with my wife two kids and luggage. I asked your desk to send me mumbai by 12 noon flight of jet airways but they denied.

I asked them to at least tag my luggage as priority and give it to me as soon as the flight lands at Mumbai and also to give me a transfer from International to Domestic Airport. But all your people were simply trying to get rid of me. After a long talk they only said that when we land at Mumbai we will be assisted by emirates staff there.

When we landed in Mumbai There was one person who told that they will take us upto immigration point by battery car. But the car was not there hence in place of waiting there I preferred to run and go though immigration. But when i reached baggage belt my bags were not there. In fact we waited there for 35 minutes. And with every passing minute my breathes and pulse rate were increasing. Finally we got luggage at belt around 6:25 then we ran like we were running for life. Airport shuttle was not there hence we booked a taxi then taxi driver was not ready to run for such a short distance then i gave him double money and pleaded to run fast. Then at domestic airport also there was a long queue.

During this whole time me and my family was feeling that we are criminals and running here and there. Emirates has spoiled my whole mood of vacations and I am still ill and on bed.
