New Program
Well, after being an A-List customer for two years running, the new program which is meant to make it easier to become an A-list has actually prevented me from becomming one again this year. I was only 6 flights from regaining my A-list status (of 32 flights). When the new program came into play, they tell me I'm only 16% towards my A-list status again. Oddly enough the new A-list level is only 26 flights, which I had.
I've sent two emails with not even one reply.
I think they've decided that any customer who complains is not worth having as a customer. It's pitifull really.
Shame on Southwest for a complete disregard for this customers loyal business.
