I am now down to my last tethers concerning my claim and have been left with no other option.

I have always been a loyal client with Air Europa until this unfortunate situation which has been going on for almost 3 years now.
I flew my 2 children and grandson with your Airline from Germany to Malaga, a flight that cost me a lot of money and upon arrival in Malaga, they could not find my 3 months old Grandsons BRAND NEW pram. We were told the Pram will be delivered to us in 24 Hrs, but did not Arrive until 4 Days later and as if that wasnt bad enough, the pram was absolutely shattered and broken and the Driver who delivered it signed the delivery note saying it was damaged and he assured me that Air Europa Knows about the damage and we would be Reimbursed for the damage.

Air Europa Demanded then that i should send the following items

1, Pictures of the damaged pram
2, Receipt for the pram
3, Valuation from a pram shop that it could not be repaired
4, Price for a new pram (with receipt)
5, The drivers signed document showing he delivered the pram damaged.
Now, this was over 2 years ago, i received calls from the Department dealing with the issue on 3 or 4 occasions with the promise they would call back, but nothing happens,
I received a call again 5 weeks ago that they have lost all my ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS i sent them for the claim and i managed to find duplicate copies which i have sent to them and it is now almost 5 weeks and still NOTHING.

I find hard and difficult to understand why an establishment like AIR EUROPA is dealing with their clients in this manner.
