cheap mileage program
I had points in Mileage program and when I went to redeem for merchandise UA said you are not eligible for redeem because you are not premier member or credit card holder.
It is sudden change in their policies in last 4-5 months. No emails on it. Their other redemption options are useless, just point throwaway. Really UA has gone really uncle scrooge, totally cheap. I consider it as totally worthless program, just a scam. Think how many would get credit cards from them and how many of them would be premier members. 1 in a family or 2 ? rest 3 -5 would be just wasting their mileages. I don't understand. I'm a Mileage plus member and I'm not a premier but I've never had trouble redeeming miles. In fact it's been a LOT easier with UA that AA or Delta. Please explain a bit more. What exactly were you trying to do?
