not allowed me to enter full name while booking
I need your help. It is with very heavy heart that I share with you, a tragedy that happened when I was booking a ticket on your portal. I've booked a flight ticket worth Rs.60,000 INR
PNR number - VBKJLQ Since the "Name" field accepts limited number of characters, I have filled in the name as VSN SUBBARAO PONNURU instead of the full name as present in the passport - "Venkata Siva Naga Subba Rao PONNURU". I am really sorry that I didn't know how it had to be handled. It is a very big loss for a normal employee like me to let go of such a huge amount(Month salary). I would really want to correct the mistake and would be greatful to you if you can help me come out of this! |
