ok so here is a story against Delta

my co-worker is traveling to hong kong with another worker from another company but working for us so we are paying for his flight as a travel expense so they were going to fly delta to save some money.......however my co-worker refused due to the fact that she knew that there was a good chance that something was going to go wrong and wouldn't travel 14hours on an airline that has rude flight attendants, horrible customer service, and just an attitude that isn't professional in any industry. So she booked flights on Cathay Pacific instead and knows she wont be crammed in like tuna and that it will be a relaxing flight (or as relaxing as flights can go) and isnt paranoid about how she or our client will be treated
