The Worst Customer Service ever!
I had a credit with AA from December and called to use it. Told the Rep before we started that I wanted to use the credit. She told me she needed a locator number to purchase the new ticket.Well I was on their website AA.com and clicked the last minute package deal module. Anyway she kept saying put the fare on hold and I told her there was no hold option. Just a ticket purchase option. She said okay purchase it and they'll revise it with the locator number. Well guess what, she couldn't and now I am still stuck with the credit. When I asked for a Supervisor I got shuffled around and ended up with someone who insisted no Rep would tell me to do that. I asked him to verify this by listening to the recording. He said he didn't have to, yet spent 30 minutes arguing with me and finally said to take it to corporate. Nowhere on their website does it state that Last Minute Deals is a separate website...nowwhere. Once this credit is used, I'll never use this airline again.
