I flew Jetlink from Juba to Nairobi today. Total disaster.

When the plane came into land in Nairobi, the landing gear got jammed and the plane could only circle around Nairobi while they tried to fix the problem.

If landing gears are not deployed correctly, the only option for the pilot is a crash landing.

Luckily they were able to force a manual ejection of the landing gear, but the pilot still asked us to prepare ourselves for a crash landing. We made it, but we all saw the fire trucks on the edge of the runway waiting for us, expecting a crash landing.

Then my bag was lost... Some of the other passengers whose bags were lost were those who were forced to stay an extra day in Juba because yesterday's flight was cancelled due to safety reasons.

Even in spite of the fact that we identified our baggage on the tarmac prior to boarding they just took a decision to grab some bags and leave them in juba because the plane was overloaded -- no one at check in was weighing the bags properly.

The ground staff in Nairobi were hopeless and pathetic and the manager refused to show his face at Jomo Kenyatta airport, making us have to deal with a stupid staff member who was just ignoring all the passengers when they asked her how we get our luggage back.

It is only a matter of time before these guys crash and kill everyone on board.

Never fly this airline.
