On Sep. 26 2012. at 8:32pm at DFW international airport

My 61-year-old mother-in-law and my 23-month-old son had boarded on the plane UA6311. They would flight from DFW to LAX to catch another plane and went back to China.
At the beginning, my son was fine. but when my son's eares were not feeling confortable because of the noise of the plane, he began to cry loudy and ran around the plane. My mother and the fly attendants tried to calm down my son, but didn’t work. Becuase my mother-in-law cannot understand any English, there is no effective communication between my mother and the fly attendants. without letting my mother-in-law fully understand the situation, they simply cast them off the plane.

After my mother-in-law and my son got off the plane, they took back their boarding passes and abandon them on the boarding gate! they should take care of them after they got off the plane and arrange another flight for them or contact with my wife and me ( we were in the airport at that time)! but they did nothing and simply abandon them at the airport and left them alone at the airport! after a few minutes, wheelserive send them outside to us. they told us there is no any other flight to LAX!!! (about 9:10pm). In fact, there is one later flight from American Airline would go to LAX. If they can take that flight, they can still catch the next fight and went to China. Becasue of their reckless service and wrong information, my mother-in-law and my son missed the flights.

right now, my mother-in-law is still staying in Dallas, we are very upset!
