Flying Portland Maine to Atlanta yesterday:
We were seated near the back of the cabin, just in front of several Delta off duty fliers. They had the loudest conversations the entire flight. Many of their conversations were regarding the "slow", "stupid" and "ignorant" passengers they deal with "everyday". They shared stories of their delight in closing the door and stranding passengers, shaming passengers that misread their boarding passes, and their contempt of passengers that ask them "stupid" questions. (ie. gate directions at Hartsfield) Two+ hours of incredibly loud, obnoxious and offensive chatter! This is the way to treat paying customers?
