Just returned from the absolute WORST air travel experience on AA 92 & AA 87.
$1280 and the direct flight took 3 planes, lost my upgrade, lost 1 of 3 days in Dublin and as a matter of "good faith" received a $300 voucher! Now we're down to 3 US transatlantic airlines ... AA has ancient planes ... the one I was in broke down mid flight and had to emergency divert to JFK ... fire trucks and all due to all the heavy fuel ... JFK worst PREPARED & customer service ever. Can anyone say monopoly ... oh and Virgin Atlantic from now on! |
