Right after my friends arrived in Cancun, they told us how they were being treated unfairly. This racist supervisor named Marxxs at Newark International Airport. He lied to them that he put all of their names on the standby list but was unable to provide them proven documents. He also secretly cancelled their return flights and told them that he's going to report that he's tried his best, it was our fault for being late, which is totally untruthful because it was his employee who walked so slowly and wasted their check in time. They found out after he left and the other supervisor came up afterwards and helped them figure out how Marxxs was trying to scret them over. He also started getting emotional and says: "yea! It's all Continental's fault" repetitively and when my friends returned back to the ticket counter again he pretended like he's never seen them before!! He gave no respect also acted like he wasn't worried if they were goign to file a complaint agianst him.
