Hi there,

Thank you for your long reply. You don't have to defend which side you are on! We, customers, should be supportive of each other when we are mistreated by big organisations like the BA.
This kind of malicious action is unacceptable from Britain's national carrier.
Meanwhile my daughter sleeps a fourth night without her case.
