I have to agree with Gromit. I've flow to or through ORD 58 times over the last few years so I’ve seen firsthand how volume and weather can impact operations.
As you pointed out, a 30 minute connection is very tight. A delay outside of the airline’s control (most commonly weather) would prevent you from making your connection, and you’d be responsible for your own accommodations. If you felt that the 30 minute window was unreasonable, why did you purchase those tickets? I think you have a very valid reason to be upset—but it shouldn’t be in an airline complaint forum. If you purchased chicken at the supermarket, and didn't cook it long enough, and got sick--would it be the supermarket's fault? |
