I am 100% disappointed as Etihad has not responded
I am 100% disappointed as Etihad has not responded with their offer for date change .
I think they should have called back and acknowledged if it is possible or not possible. I didnt expect this sort of service from their repl too. Overall I am disappointed with Etihad and will think twice to book with them( In all probabbility I will almost Never book with them ) unless someone from their reservation team can do something with my pending return journey. |
