Default Interchanged Firstname /LastName

Hello,

I booked a ticket with a booking company for me and my girlfriend, and for both passengers our Firstnames and LastNames are interchanged. We have a flight with one connection, and of course we have the same issue on all the flights...

Plus, I'm missing my middles names.

I of course tried to call this booking company (bravofly) which told me that it's not possible to do this change and that my ticket cannot be refund!!!!!

I then tried to call Etihad, and they answered me that they couldn't help me, and I should see with my booking company ....!

What should I do?

Please can you help me to fix this issue.

We checked your booking and it is a promo Breaking Deals fare. Please note that we allow to change names up to 3 letters in order to correct spelling mistakes. In your case unfortunately the information entered required a major change and we are unable to assist you. If you believe the Travel Agent caused the issue during the booking process, please get in touch with their customer service to rectify with them. Thank you for your understanding *FT
