Just when you think you've found an airline who quietly cares you realize it's just the same as all the others.

I'm so tired of all the excuses airlines offer. Bad weather, broken machinery, late crew etc.... but heaven forbid if you are late because of any of those problems too bad so sad, but you aren't going to make your flight.
Talk about bad weather, I fly out of Cleveland or Pittsburgh in the winter, it doesn't matter what the weather conditions are, the airport runs you through de-icing a few times and off you go. Fog, no problem, visability, rain, you're off anyway. There are times when I wonder if we should be taking off. But JFK, wait, there was rain in Detroit yesterday, crew couldn't make it, sorry your plane was canceled.

It goes on and on....
