im agreeing with pattis on this. when i worked as a customer service agent we had a box full of stuff that people had left on the plane and in seat back pockets. that plane may have gone somewhere else after Raleigh so now the glasses could be in florida...who knows. and like what was said in previous posts....good luck on the legislation thing.
