I left a bag on a delta flight. I know exactly where and on what flight I left it. I did exactly what they said and filled out an online claim form, but i would like to speak with someone at delta. I know the bag was there and i would like to just speak with someone. i have been given multiple numbers, but no one answers them. One said that "due to high call volume no one can answers the phone." I call at all hours, they cannot always be busy. It was my purse, and i am very concerned about it, but no one at delta is
