We flied to Sarayevo with Bosnian Airlines at 13/09/2010 at first day of our honeymoon and our luggages are lost which file reference is SJJJA10795/13 SEP10/0919GMT. Our luggages were lost on Moday morning and we stayed in Sarayevo hoping our luggages could be found the other day (we missed our hotel reservation in Dubrovnik which we already paid for our honeymoon) and we received our luggages from Dubrovnik Airport at 16/09/2010 (5 full days with nothing!!)

As per information we received from Bosnian Airlines at Bosnia Airport, it was mentioned that for luggages which couldn't be found in 24 hours, EUR 70/person is paid as per regulations. I asked for written confirmation as well but it was mentioned to me that since it was regulation, it wasn't up to negotiation or investigation and as per regulations EUR 70/person should be paid.

We submitted our bills of EUR 70/person but claim was rejected and no feedback is received for over 3 months in spite of several reminders I sent to responsible person at Bosnian Airlines at Bosnia Airport. (we were honeymoon couples and our cost was much more than EUR 140 since we spent 5 days without any luggages and also missed our first reservation night at Ariston Hotel in Dubrovnik in order to stay in Sarayevo to reach our luggages the other day. I don't even need to tell about our dissatisfaction and disappointment. )

We were told too many promises at airport without any written statement and they took our bills without any written cnfm either! and now noone is answering our e-mails regarding only for a compensation of EUR 140 which is meaningless at all but just wanted this complaint to reach someone paying attention.

PS. Never ever fly with Bosnian Airlines and do not believe verbal statements by unprofessional employees. You should always ask for writen confirmation but not sure if you can receive it...
