Last week, flt out of phx to lihue. Depart sched for 11 am. Told at 12 that weighing sensor malfunctioning. Waited 5 hrs, 2 gate changes, finally got on, took off @7. Flew 2 hrs, told radio not working, had to turn back, with flaps and gear to burn fuel. 2 1/2 hrs later landed. Eventually got on another plane. Arrived lihue 3 am, 12 hr delay. Lost whole night if vacation. They sent an email and offered $75 for our trouble on a $800 ticket. I countered but to no avail. I will not fly us air again, and advise you the same.
