Vide above mentioned PNR no. we have two seats booked in Air Canada flight no AC848 dated 20.06.2012 started from canada late by one hour and landed late at Heathrow, London by the same time. Due to this reason we missed our connecting flight of British Airways no. BA143 for DEL(Indira Gandhi Airport, Delhi). We were then accommodated in Air India flight no. AI-112. Our connected flight was in the morning at 1020AM and Air India flight was 2130 PM. We had to wait for eleven hours of on the Air Port and we faced lot of trouble in old age. On arrival at Delhi airport, our checked in baggage was missing and did not reach there with our flight. We had booked these tickets from our dwelling place Jaipur. We had to come to Jaipur immediately for an urgent meeting but due to delay in baggage we could not go and had to stay in Delhi for waiting our luggage to come. Concerned airport staff every time giving wrong information. In morning they said reaching afternoon and in afternoon they said for evening or night. Like these flimsy excuses, we had to stay back in Delhi for four days. On Monday 26.6.2012 in the evening at about 2110 Pm baggage reached at Delhi address given for this purpose. On Tuesday we could start for Jaipur and whole day was spent reaching Jaipur. Our five days wasted and lot of trouble was faced by us. We were not having sufficient money with us had to borrow for our daily needs. Due to the fault of Air Line, our baggage was delayed and damaged. Valuable house hold material brought from Canada were found completely damaged, when suitcases were opened at home. Therefore, look into the matter because without our fault we had to face a total loss of Rs 50,000/= (Fifty Thousand only). Same may please be compensated or otherwise we had no other option except to go to the court of law. Thanks.
