almost anything takes 7-10 business days to get money back. I had to call a hotel that charged me for a room (should have been charged to my company) yep, 14 days to get the refund. just took back a suitcase 7-10 business days for a refund. I love how ANY company will take your money in a heartbeat but takes days to get that money back when you return a product or cancell a reservation
